Self-Defense Course 16 Lessons

During these 16 lessons
we will teach you the art of
self-defense.

We practice in depth:
*Close courter combat
*Escapes from grips
*Ground defenses
*Defenses against knife attacks
*Strikes
*Kicking techniques
*Throws

The classes are designed to help you practice and commit these defenses to memory.

The Crash-Course 2hours Self-Defense (Group/Private)

Ages: 10 Years - Adults

During the crash course we
will teach you the basics of self-defense.

We practice:

*Kicking techniques

The classes are designed to give you a basic understanding of self-defense and how to protect yourself.

Tang Soo Do is often depicted as a brutal martial art form. Although it is a contact sport, it still requires great skill and agility. Centered on balance, grace and self-discipline, rather than straightforward punching and kicking.
